Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Karya Ventures, registered in India (“we”, “us”). They cover TravReel at https://travreel.vercel.app. Our Privacy Policy forms part of them.

You must be 18 or over to use TravReel.

You keep every right you already had in the clips you upload and in the reels TravReel produces from them. We claim no ownership.

You give us a limited licence to store, copy, transcode, analyse and display your footage solely to provide the service to you, to cut your reel, show you a preview, and let you download it. It ends when you delete the material or close your account. It does not let us publish your footage, show it to other users, or use it in marketing, and it does not allow us or our processors to train models on it.

By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own the footage or otherwise have the right to use it here;
• you have the permissions you need from anyone identifiable in it, and the right to publish a reel containing them;
• it is not unlawful, and does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• it does not contain sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or material you are legally barred from sharing.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break this, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to support@travreel.app with enough detail to identify the work and the material, and we will act on it.

TravReel lets you search music and cut your reel to it. We want to be straight about what that does and does not give you.

Using a track here does not license it for publication. Search results and previews come from third-party catalogues and are provided so you can time your edit. Rights in the recording and the composition stay with their owners. Posting a reel containing music you are not licensed to use can get the post muted or removed by the platform, and is your responsibility, not ours.

The reliable routes are: upload music you own or have licensed, use a production-music library you subscribe to, or export your reel and add the track inside Instagram or TikTok, whose own licences cover posts made on their platforms. Where we can tell that a track is preview-only we export the reel silent for exactly this reason.

You agree not to use TravReel to reproduce or distribute music you do not have the rights to.

Some features send still frames from your clips to third-party AI providers to plan an edit or generate a transition, the Privacy Policy names them.

AI output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a person before you see it. It can be wrong, odd, or unusable. You are responsible for looking at a reel before you publish it. Where AI generates footage that did not exist, a transition invented between two shots, you are responsible for any labelling your platform or your local law requires of synthetic media.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Allowances, reels, AI reels, revisions, reset each billing period and do not roll over. Prices can change; we will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel instead.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because TravReel gives you immediate access to digital content, you are asked to agree, when you subscribe, that supply begins at once and that you therefore lose that right once it has. If you have not used the service in the period, contact us and we will deal with you fairly regardless.

Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service: no automated scraping of others' content, no attacking the infrastructure, no working around plan limits, no reselling TravReel as your own product without a written agreement.

TravReel is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that a render will always succeed, or that an AI edit will suit you. We may change or withdraw features.

Keep your originals. We are not a backup service and you should not rely on us as the only copy of your footage.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including, if you are a consumer, your statutory rights, which these terms do not affect.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from footage you uploaded without the rights to it.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us. On closure we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

The current version is 2026-08-24. If we change these terms materially we will ask you to accept the new version.
